What are we looking for?
Educational Background

- Vocational School
• Undergraduate
- High School Old curriculum with no working experience or work experience from other industry
- K-12 Graduates with no working experience or work experience from other industry
Standard Qualifications:
• Basic customer service skills.
• At least 6 months experience handling TELCO ACCOUNTS
• Knowledge in basic troubleshooting.
• Assisting customers with internet issues.
• Assisting customers in subscriptions to data plans.
• Keenness in giving instructions.
• Familiarity with call handling etiquettes.
• Articulation.
