UI/UX Designer (Mid-Senior Level)

Location: 95% Remote / 5% On-site for special company events
ChatGenie is an Agentic AI Customer Engagement Platform that helps mid-to-large businesses automate lead nurturing and customer support across channels such as Facebook Messenger, Instagram, GCash and other channels. A Forbes Asia “100 to Watch” company (2021) and Techstars-eBay graduate, we apply a multi-agent AI framework to improve operational efficiency for our clients.
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who will own the end-to-end user experience for our onboarding flows, dashboards, web apps, mobile apps (in the future), and customer-facing tools. You will translate complex workflows into clear, elegant interfaces that drive productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Design data-rich, responsive dashboards and interfaces for all ChatGenie products.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups in Figma (or similar).
- Run user research, usability tests, and stakeholder reviews; iterate based on findings.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across products.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and founders to ship high-quality features on time.
- Extensive, demonstrable experience designing modern SaaS dashboards—PLEASE INCLUDE PORTFOLIO LINKS ON YOUR RESUME.
- 3 + years in a dedicated UI/UX role; this position is not open to fresh graduates or applicants without prior extensive experience.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or comparable design tools.
- A solid grasp of responsive design fundamentals is required, as is familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS. Frontend coding experience is a plus.
- Experience in planning and conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a pragmatic, user-centric mindset.
- Interest in emerging AI-driven design trends and technologies.
- Work on products that merge generative AI and thoughtful design.
- Contribute to a high-impact roadmap within a rapidly scaling company.
