Join our growing team as a Mid to Senior UI/UX Designer and help shape seamless digital experiences for our users. We’re looking for a creative and driven designer who excels at building intuitive, engaging, and user-focused designs for both mobile apps and web platforms. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points
Create and manage user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups aligned with user and business goals
Champion user-centered design by incorporating research and feedback throughout the design process
Define and execute a clear UX strategy to improve overall user experience across platforms
Translate insights into design systems, style guides, and actionable design standards
Design and refine UX elements such as navigation, interactions, and user journeys for optimal usability
Develop visual assets including layouts, sketches, and graphics to support UX goals
Identify and resolve UX challenges through testing and iteration
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Management teams to align on design direction
Leverage user feedback, analytics, and usability data to continuously improve the product
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers

Qualifications:

Solid experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong, user-focused portfolio
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of UX principles, usability standards, and research methods
Ability to design practical, user-centric solutions that address real needs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present design decisions
Experience leading projects and mentoring team members
Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
