1. Recruitment & Sourcing Support
- Job Posting Management: Assist in publishing, updating, and monitoring job openings across various online job boards and career platforms.
- Initial Screening: Help review incoming resumes against basic job requirements and assist in conducting initial phone screenings or preliminary interviews.
- Logistics: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
2. Personnel Records & 201 Filing
- Data Maintenance: Assist in updating and organizing physical and digital 201 files (official employee records) to ensure complete and compliant documentation.
- Document Control: Encode, scan, and track standard HR documents, such as employment contracts, onboarding checklists, and government-mandated requirements.
3. Timekeeping & Administrative Operations
- Attendance Tracking: Assist in gathering, checking, and reconciling daily time logs, attendance sheets, and biometrics data for timekeeping purposes.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain an inventory of office supplies, HR forms, and company assets assigned to employees.
- General Admin: Provide daily administrative support to the HR and Admin department as needed.
