Tech Lead (Digital / Legacy) at Ripped Box Station

Assist in the development and maintenance of digital and legacy applications under the guidance of senior technical leads.
Contribute to custom software development, system integration, cloud migration support, and application modernization initiatives.
Develop, test, and maintain application features and modules assigned within the project backlog.
Perform unit testing, bug fixing, and code refactoring to ensure software quality.
Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback from senior developers and technical leads.
Assist in preparing technical documentation, design specifications, and development guidelines.
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and project managers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Support production issue investigation and resolution for assigned applications.
Follow coding standards, development best practices, and secure software development principles.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Escalate technical issues, risks, and design concerns to senior technical leads when necessary.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in software development, application support, or systems development.
Basic understanding of software engineering principles and object-oriented programming.
Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Basic knowledge of application development using one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, or similar).
Understanding of REST APIs, databases, and version control systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under close guidance and daily supervision.
Willingness to learn technical leadership, architecture principles, and modern development practices.
