Problem
90% of defi lending apps require users to put in more collateral when taking a loan. This method is expensive and capital inefficent and has locked away millions of people who are credit worthy.
Solution
Vello is allowing these credit worthy people use their real world credit score to get access to onchain credit with friendlier terms like no collateral required. We are doing that by taking advantage of TransUnion an online mobile app that allows any person globally easily fetch their aggregated credit score report and then upload it to Vello for review by our AI model.
Impact
We are focusing on serving the consumer credit market which is worth $13B. This will positively impact the TVL on Solana network and increase the number of daily transactions.
