AnnSeva is a community-driven food redistribution platform designed to combat hunger and food wastage by connecting surplus food sources with those in need. The platform empowers three main user roles—volunteers, NGOs, and delivery agents—to work collaboratively in collecting, managing, and delivering leftover food from restaurants, events, households, and other donors to underprivileged communities.

Volunteer Role

Volunteers act as the primary initiators in the donation process. They can:

Submit donation requests by specifying food type, quantity, description, and NGO.

Track the status of their food donations (e.g., Awaiting Collection, Collected, Distributed).

Manage their profiles, update avatars, and view their activity log for transparency and motivation.

NGO Role

Registered NGOs play a central role in ensuring food reaches the right people. They:

Accept or decline food donations based on their capacity and requirements.

Manage volunteer and agent coordination from their dashboard.

Track donation statuses and ensure food is distributed to appropriate communities.

Delivery Agent Role

Delivery agents serve as the crucial link between collection points and final distribution. They:

Get notified when a food donation is ready for pickup.

Mark donations as collected and update status as distributed once delivered.

Help streamline and speed up the food delivery process with real-time updates.

Admin / Platform Layer (Future Scope)

Authentication and role-based access for all users.

Central monitoring dashboard to oversee operations.
