Description

Atoma is a market-neutral RWA yield layer for tokenized stock perps on Arbitrum and Robinhood Chain, live since July 2026 with $357K TVL and $44.7K earned by depositors (realized plus points). We arbitrage tokenized stocks, indices and commodities across RWA perp DEXs, hedged at all times. Capital rotates to wherever spread, funding and points pay best, and both legs of every hedge track venue points, so points come on top of PnL. One USDC deposit into a non-custodial ERC-4626 vault, no directional exposure, public NAV.

Two vaults:

Atoma RWA. Steady yield. Lighter, Lighter Robinhood and trade.xyz.
Atoma Index. Points-focused. Lighter Robinhood, Extended and selected perp DEXs where points and spread or funding pay best.

Progress During Hackathon

Met the Arbitrum Foundation and Robinhood Chain mentors and walked them through the live vaults and the realized vs points split onchain. Sharpened positioning with mentor feedback: market-neutral RWA yield layer for tokenized stock perps. Recorded the pitch video and the product demo covering both live vaults, the deposit flow, NAV and points tracking. Collected and prioritized distribution ideas: KOL campaigns around the points program, ambassador referrals with revshare, co-marketing with the perp DEXs we trade on. Mapped institutional onboarding: a dedicated non-custodial vault per LP with its own Turnkey wallet and exchange accounts, open since Oct 15, what allocators need to see first, and how to run the first LP. Connected with other Founder House teams building on Robinhood Chain and Lighter for shared user flows and integrations. Set the 90-day plan: $1M TVL, first institutional LP, Variational live.

Fundraising Status

Bootstrapped, no equity raised. Received $10k AWS credits from the Lighter builders program, a $5k grant from Ink chain, $3k for 3rd place at the Arbitrum Open House Singapore Buildathon, and a place in the Alchemy startup program. Live on mainnet with $357K TVL. Raising $1.5M from strategic investors.
