EQLTY is a verifiable decision layer for tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain, an Arbitrum Orbit network. A private fleet of AI agents researches the market, challenges recommendations, applies user-controlled ENS rules, and produces an auditable decision before any capital moves. The user approves every trade, while an onchain vault enforces spending, slippage, and deadlines. Uniswap executes the swap and onchain evidence verifies the result. EQLTY makes AI-assisted investing transparent, non-custodial, and accountable.

Description

EQLTY is a non-custodial decision and execution platform for tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain, an Arbitrum Orbit network. It addresses a problem that trading interfaces do not solve: helping users understand what to buy, why, under which constraints, and with evidence they can independently verify.

Each user receives a private fleet of four specialized AI agents powered by PerkOS:

Scout compares available Stock Tokens and live market evidence.
Risk challenges the recommendation against the user’s limits.
Trader prepares a verifiable Uniswap route.
Auditor validates the complete decision and execution trail.

User policies are stored through ENS records, allowing agent behavior to change without redeploying the application. Before any capital moves, the fleet produces a decision receipt containing its recommendation, alternative options, risk analysis, market evidence, and cryptographic proofs.

The user always remains in control. Every trade requires explicit wallet approval, while an onchain vault enforces the authorized amount, maximum slippage, deadline, asset, and route. Uniswap provides the quote and executes the swap on Robinhood Chain. EQLTY then records the transaction, event logs, evidence checkpoint, quote hash, policy hash, costs, and resulting portfolio position in a public audit trail.

Unlike a conventional trading app, EQLTY does not sell faster execution or speculative signals. It provides accountable AI-assisted decisions: agents recommend, rules constrain, and humans approve.

EQLTY generates revenue through a fee for each completed multi-agent decision receipt, with future subscription and execution-service tiers. Agent infrastructure wakes only when requested and hibernates when inactive, keeping the service efficient and economically sustainable.

Progress During Hackathon

During the buildathon, we advanced EQLTY from a prototype into a working end-to-end product on Robinhood Chain. We completed a wallet-first onboarding flow that activates a private four-agent fleet for each user. Scout compares eligible Stock Tokens and market evidence, Risk challenges the shortlist against user rules, Trader prepares the Uniswap route, and Auditor seals the final Decision Receipt. Users can now describe an investment objective in natural language and inspect the recommendation before approving any transaction. We expanded live discovery to 194 Stock Tokens across 100 Uniswap markets, added ENS-based agent policies and one-click policy presets, and connected recommendations to executable Uniswap quotes. Every trade remains user-approved, while the EQLTY Vault enforces the authorized asset, amount, slippage, deadline, nonce, and signed calldata onchain. We also built a complete evidence trail with policy hashes, quote data, transaction links, event logs, costs, portfolio positions, purchase history, and sell/withdraw flows. The interface was redesigned as a guided, responsive workflow with visible agent status, wallet-signature prompts, recovery states, and formatted evidence views. To keep the product economically sustainable, agent runtimes now wake only when requested and hibernate after inactivity. EQLTY is deployed at https://eqlty.perkos.xyz and has been tested through real wallet approvals and Robinhood Chain transactions.

Fundraising Status

Bootstrapped and pre-seed. EQLTY has not raised external capital yet. We are currently validating product-market fit and are open to strategic partners and an initial pre-seed round.
