Description

eduWallet is a solo-built wallet tailored only for EduChain—Open Campus' Web3 education blockchain. It removes the clutter and confusion of general EVM wallets by focusing entirely on the EduChain ecosystem, supporting key tokens (like EDU, wEDU, Yuzu points), NFTs as certificates, and DApp whitelisting to prevent scams. The future vision includes an earn-to-learn system where users can engage with EduChain DApps through ads, surveys, and tasks to earn EDU tokens directly—making onboarding easy and sustainable. Built with the belief that access to education should not be gated by tech complexity, eduWallet bridges users, safely and smoothly, into the EduChain experience.

Progress During Hackathon

During the hackathon, the Phase 1 architecture and development for eduWallet were completed. The wallet core is functioning with support for token display, NFT handling, EduChain testnet/mainnet integration, and simplified onboarding. Design work aligns with Open Campus aesthetics, and the project is ready to enter Phase 2: whitelisted DApp integrations. The final Phase 3 (earn-to-learn module) is scheduled post-launch.

Fundraising Status

Bootstrapped and solo-developed. Open to grants, ecosystem funding, and collaborations to scale development, onboard more devs, and accelerate Phase 2 and 3 rollouts.
