EuroApes Community Hub is a decentralised coordination platform for the official European BAYC chapter (Made by Apes licensed). Community members across Europe have no trusted way to find each other, coordinate locally, or build a verifiable reputation within their community. We fix that.
Built on Arbitrum, EuroApes combines wallet-verified member profiles, a city map, a community noticeboard, and an AI agent that matches requests to the right members and triggers soulbound badge mints when contribution thresholds are met. Soulbound reputation badges (City Guide, Connector, Frequent Flyer, Top Host) are earned through genuine community contribution. A leaderboard ranks members by earned reputation.

The underlying protocol is community-agnostic and designed to scale beyond PFP communities to any membership-based organisation - deploying verified identity, portable reputation and AI-powered coordination on Arbitrum.
EuroApes is the first deployment of a decentralised community OS. The next deployment is a prototype Rotary Passport for Rotary clubs in the UK and Ireland. The vision is every membership organisation in the world.
During the buildathon we have moved from concept to working product. The live prototype is deployed at community-hub-sigma.vercel.app, covering all four core modules: city map with wallet-verified member profiles, community noticeboard, soulbound reputation badge display and leaderboard, and member profile with NFC card integration.
Smart contracts are specified and being deployed to Arbitrum Sepolia: EuroApeProfile, EuroApeBadges (soulbound ERC-721), Noticeboard, CheckIn and ReputationManager. Wallet connectivity is integrated via Reown. Smart account onboarding via ZeroDev is scoped for the next phase. Analytics via Dune Analytics.
The AI agent (handling noticeboard matching and badge mint triggering via the Claude API) will be integrated into the frontend.
The Made by Apes licence for the official EuroApes European chapter is confirmed. We have also presented the underlying protocol to Rotary, with a Rotary Passport pilot in discussion (validating the scalability of the protocol beyond PFP communities to established membership organisations).
Not yet fundraising. Participating in this buildathon as the first step toward validating the concept and securing ecosystem support. Will pursue Arbitrum Foundation milestone grants following the buildathon, with the EuroApes pilot as proof of concept for a broader community coordination protocol.
