InvoiceX is a decentralized invoice factoring protocol. Small businesses can tokenize their unpaid invoices, receive instant funding from DeFi liquidity pools, and investors earn yield when invoices are paid.
What InvoiceX Does :
1. Businesses register and verify via ZK proofs (KYB)
2. They upload invoices which are parsed by AI
3. AI assesses buyer creditworthiness and invoice risk
4. Verified invoices are tokenized as NFTs (ERC-721)
5. Liquidity pools fund invoices at 75-95% of face value
6. Seller receives instant payment
7. When buyer pays the invoice, yield is distributed to LPs
8. Optional: Insurance against defaults, secondary marketplace
