Descripción

Leak is a financial-operations agent listed on OKX.AI (ASP #5115, Software Services) that finds recurring money leaking out of a business's spend.

The problem: every company bleeds cash through subscriptions nobody audits — duplicate/overlapping tools, seats nobody uses, prices that crept up over time, and free trials that quietly converted to paid. Nobody has time to comb through statements to find it.

Leak does it in seconds. Feed it a list of recurring charges and it runs five detection engines:
• Overlapping tools (two tools doing the same job)
• Unused seats (licensed but idle)
• Dormant subscriptions (no activity in 90+ days)
• Price creep (materially above the original price)
• Trial-to-paid conversions (recent $0 → paid jumps)

It ranks every finding by annual dollars saved, dedupes overlaps so the headline never double-counts, and delivers a clean, approve-ready audit report with plain-English evidence and a specific action for each line. On the demo dataset it surfaces $5,694/yr recoverable, of which $2,970/yr is a high-confidence floor backed by direct evidence only.

How it earns: Leak is an A2A (agent-to-agent) ASP. Price is negotiated per task as a fraction of the savings it surfaces, escrowed on X Layer, and released on the user's approval — Leak only earns because it saved you money. Escrow, identity, and settlement are handled by Onchain OS and X Layer contracts; Leak builds the detection engine, the service, and the deliverable.

Built in TypeScript: a pure, dependency-free detection engine (58 passing tests, exact-total assertions), a thin service layer (POST /api/audit + CLI), and a React report UI — cleanly separated so the same engine runs whether invoked via the OKX task flow or the demo interface.

Progreso del hackathon

Built end-to-end during the hackathon window:

• Detection engine — 5 pure detectors + a conservative dedupe aggregator, every threshold a named constant, 58 tests with exact-total assertions on the demo dataset. General logic, not hardcoded to the demo data.
• Service layer — runAudit() behind POST /api/audit and a CLI bridge; malformed input degrades gracefully with stated reasons instead of failing.
• Report UI — React/Vite; hero savings figure, high-confidence floor meter, ranked findings with evidence and actions, and an approve affordance mapping to on-chain escrow release. "Audit your own data" lets anyone run the engine on their own charges.
• Deployed live on Vercel: https://leak-black.vercel.app (frontend + serverless API on one domain).
• On-chain (X Layer / ERC-8004): – Registered ASP "Leak" #5115 (Software Services) – Registered User agent "SpendReview" #5217 – A2A communication runtime set up and verified (gate-check green)
• Listing: submitted → rejected (registered fee acted as a hard price floor that auto-rejected the review probe's low-value test task; diagnosed from daemon logs) → fixed (fee set to negotiable + polished avatar) → resubmitted → PASSED. Leak is now live, visible, and searchable on OKX.AI.

Shipped across reviewed PRs on a clean monorepo.
