The problem it addresses is the weekend gap: tokenized stocks trade on-chain 24/7, but the equity market that prices them is closed about 80% of the week, so a fund's value goes stale and existing oracles freeze at the Friday close. A fund built on a stale price can be drained on a ghost value; a fund with no off-hours value just defers the problem.
A price-safety engine that publishes a 24/7 NAV together with a confidence band and a safe flag, so a fund always knows when a price can be trusted. It fuses many independent sources with a depth-weighted median (depth being the dollars it takes to move a price), a per-source weight cap, and a divergence filter to resist manipulation, and it is read-only: it never settles value, it only signals when value is safe to act on.
A non-custodial create and redeem system: anyone deploys a tokenized fund in one click, and holders enter or exit with a single token, either in-kind at any hour with no price needed, or in cash that settles forward at the next real market open (an estimate is never used as a settlement price), or as instant USDG-cash at the 24/7 value inside a safety buffer.
