Description

Overview

Halo prevents social engineering attacks by using verifiable credentials to prove company identity before sharing meeting links.

Users connect their wallet, prove they’re from a trusted organization, and generate a secure "halo.link". Recipients must also prove their credentials to unlock the actual meeting link, blocking phishing and impersonation attempts by default.

Halo uses the AIR Account SDK for wallet login, the AIR Credential SDK to verify company credentials, Google Calendar API for meeting creation, Firebase for storing halo links, and a Chrome extension that detects "halo.links" directly in Gmail.

It’s a simple but powerful way to put a trust layer on top of everyday workflows, preventing fake meetings, scam DMs, and malicious links.
