Description
Moirai Protocol is the first decentralized "Living IP" incubation network built on Bittensor, designed to solve AI's censorship trap and long-context amnesia. Introducing "Narrative Darwinism," Moirai leverages uncensored models (Qwen2.5 8B) and proprietary Narrative GraphRAG, allowing global miners to computationally exhaust infinite storyline branches.
We redefine Proof of Intelligence by abandoning latency-racing. Our T+1 Asynchronous Consensus gives miners a 24-hour window for multi-rollout simulations, rewarding 100% for literary quality and coherence via LLM-as-a-Judge and a Commit-Reveal anti-plagiarism protocol.
Beyond technical innovation, Moirai breaks the circular tokenomics of Web3. Through our Programmable Compliance Layer (ZK-ID), we bridge Web2 fiat subscriptions directly to the Base L2 chain. Smart contracts programmatically use fiat profits to buy back Moirai's dTAO, creating a sustainable "Real Yield" flywheel.
Progress During Hackathon
During the Bittensor Subnet Ideathon (Round I), our team rapidly evolved Moirai from a conceptual narrative engine into a fully-architected, mathematically rigorous subnet protocol. Drawing upon our deep operational experience within the Bittensor ecosystem, we successfully completed the following milestones during the hackathon:
1. Architectural Design & Feasibility: We finalized the "Dual-Track Engine" (Phase 0: The Forge / Phase 1: The Awakening) architecture. We successfully designed the integration of Qwen2.5 8B Abliterated with our proprietary Narrative GraphRAG, proving the theoretical feasibility of solving the "long-context amnesia" problem using decentralized consumer-grade GPUs.
2. Incentive Logic & Anti-Cheat Stress Testing: Instead of rushing to code, we spent the hackathon conducting extreme game-theory stress tests on our consensus mechanism. To eradicate the "front-running" and plagiarism rampant in traditional text subnets, we engineered the T+1 Asynchronous Consensus paired with the Commit-Reveal (The Fog of War) protocol. We also finalized the exact mathematical reward function.
3. Real Yield Tokenomics & Compliance Gateway: We mapped out the complete Web2-to-Web3 economic flywheel. We designed the Programmable Compliance Layer integrating Llama Guard 3 and ZK-ID, ensuring that fiat revenue from Stripe/PayPal can legally bridge to the Base L2 network to programmatically buy back Moirai's dTAO.
4. Deliverables & Readiness: We have completed our comprehensive Design Proposal, a Pitch Deck, and the mock architecture for our GitHub repository. The core logic for Phase 0 distributed LoRA training is currently being prepared for Testnet (Netuid 361) deployment. We are fully ready to execute in Round II.
Fundraising Status
Our team is currently fully bootstrapped with a healthy, stable cash flow. While we are independently self-funding the core R&D and early Testnet deployment, we are highly open to onboarding strategic partners and value-add investors who align with our vision and can accelerate our ecosystem growth.
