Description

PhoenixOracleRegistry on Arbitrum Sepolia — on-chain oracle publishing sequencer health snapshots (P99 RTT, revert ratio, risk level) for DeFi agents and MEV bots. 12×12 cross-chain Pearson correlation matrix with Frobenius norm detects cascade anomalies 3 minutes before crash — proven during the May 31 MEV war. Four distribution channels: x402 micropayment API ($0.01 USDC/call, no API keys), MCP Server (npm: phoenix-mcp-server), RPC Gateway proxy, WebSocket real-time feed. Built with eBPF XDP at the kernel level for sub-millisecond network telemetry. Post-quantum transport via ML-KEM-768. 15 systemd services on DigitalOcean. 595 tests across 31 suites. Academic paper: Zenodo DOI 10.5281/zenodo.22239862. 28 commits during this hackathon — animated real-time dashboard, PQC tunnel visualization, Arc Network contract deployment. Live in production since March 2026 with real x402 revenue settled on-chain.

Fundraising Status

Pre-seed, not yet raised. Looking for grants and ecosystem support. Applied to Casper Forward builder program (accepted Sep 2026). Zero external funding — entire infrastructure built and maintained on free tier. First revenue ($0.02 USDC) settled on-chain via x402 protocol. Revenue model proven: pay-per-call micropayments, no subscriptions needed.
