Piron Finance

Piron is an onchain fixed-income operating system that enables investors to access tokenized yield and gives issuers the infrastructure to launch, service, and settle programmable fixed-income products.

Unlike protocols that place every asset into the same generic vault, Piron supports three purpose-built structures: Flexible Yield pools for ongoing liquidity, Locked Yield pools for fixed-duration opportunities, and Term Deals for financing individual assets or issuers.

The Arbitrum Sepolia demo connects the investor marketplace and portfolio experience with administrator and SPV servicing workflows. Users can inspect product terms, deposit test assets, track onchain activity, and understand allocation, valuation, coupon, withdrawal, and settlement mechanics. Piron is currently a testnet product and has not completed a third-party security audit.

During the Buildathon, we deployed and integrated Piron’s protocol on Arbitrum Sepolia, including the registry, factories, managers, escrows, and live instances of all three pool structures: Flexible Yield, Locked Yield, and Term Deals.

We added Arbitrum-aware product discovery, wallet and network flows, test-token onboarding, portfolio views, transaction indexing, and direct explorer links. We also connected the investor application with the administrator and SPV servicing workflows, allowing the complete funding, allocation, valuation, servicing, and redemption lifecycle to be demonstrated.

We strengthened the protocol’s security coverage to 291 passing Solidity tests, including regression tests for withdrawal queues, NAV accounting, coupon claims, and SPV settlement. Finally, we deployed the supporting backend, documented the Arbitrum contracts, and prepared a public end-to-end testnet demo.

Piron is pre-revenue and preparing its seed round. We are currently validating the protocol through testnet deployments, external product testing, pilot discussions, grants, and ecosystem programmes while developing the legal and operational partnerships required for production deployment. Piron has not conducted a public token sale.
