ProtoRWA

ProtoRWA is a real-world-asset protocol for physical hardware projects, built on Robinhood Chain.

The problem is simple: raising money to build physical things is broken. Founders wait months for slow, dilutive capital, and backers hand over cash against a promise with no way to see where it goes.

I put that process on-chain. A project raises in USDG, and the capital sits in a milestone escrow instead of going straight to the founder. Backers receive ERC-1155 claim tokens for their commitment. Funds are released tranche by tranche only when backers approve that production milestone, and each release is backed by a hardware attestation from an on-chain verifier rather than a founder's word. If a project fails or is cancelled, backers can claim a pro-rata refund from the remaining escrow. Claims are tradable on a secondary market, and the investor, founder, and admin dashboards read state straight from the chain.

The result is funding, custody, and payout that anyone can verify end to end.

I took ProtoRWA from design to a working, live product on Robinhood Chain testnet.

On the contracts side, I shipped the milestone escrow, the ERC-1155 claim token, the project registry, the secondary market, and a hardware verifier running as an Arbitrum Stylus program. The verifier's attestation is wired directly into escrow release, and I proved that path live on-chain rather than in a mock.

On the app side, I built the full investor flow: browse live projects, connect a wallet, and commit capital with a real approve-and-commit transaction. I ran that flow end to end on the testnet, funded a live project, and confirmed the claim tokens minted and the capital locked in custody. I also built role-based dashboards for investors, founders, and admins, a founder activity feed, and a hybrid media layer that pins project assets to IPFS and serves pitch video from object storage.

Everything I show in the demo is real on-chain state, not a simulation.

ProtoRWA is currently bootstrapped. I've put a decent amount of my time and money into building the protocol and running it live on testnet, and I'm not yet on a formal round. I'm seeking to take the protocol from testnet to mainnet, complete a security audit, and grow the first cohort of hardware projects. And hopefully solve a problem that's been eating into web3 for years
