The current delivery system in India faces significant challenges, including rigid scheduling, inefficient routes, and limited flexibility in rescheduling, which result in missed deliveries and recipient dissatisfaction, with a significant number of parcels remaining undelivered annually. Our proposed system named Savitr-AI addresses these issues by fusing Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning to revolutionize the e-commerce and postal logistics landscape. Tackling inefficiencies such as rural delivery delays, urban scalability challenges, and inflexible scheduling, Savitr-AI leverages real-time data analytics, predictive algorithms, and cloud-powered architectures to enable adaptive route optimization, personalized delivery slots, and peak-time resilience. Advanced features like eco-conscious planning, voice-command rescheduling, and AI-optimized micro-slot technology create a seamless, inclusive, and sustainable solution that bridges rural-urban divides while enhancing customer satisfaction. During the hackathon, we developed Savitr-AI, an intelligent delivery system that uses AI/ML for real-time route optimization, smart rescheduling, and eco-friendly logistics, enhancing efficiency and user experience.
