Shared event booking and USDG settlement for agencies, with supplier deposits released only when every required supplier accepts
An event agency coordinates venues, caterers, AV teams and other suppliers, but each booking usually has separate deposits, terms and confirmations. A client can pay one supplier before discovering another is unavailable, leaving the agency to chase replacements and refunds.
Setlo brings those suppliers into one booking package. The agency sets the terms, amounts and deadlines. The client reviews and funds the approved package, and each supplier accepts or declines their own slot.
Deposits release only when every required supplier has accepted the current terms and the client has approved and funded the current configuration. If the booking expires, suppliers receive their earned, client-approved hold fees and the remaining money returns to the client.
Underneath, smart contracts hold USDG and enforce approvals, revisions, deadlines and settlement. The app provides shared booking progress, invitations and role-specific actions. Clients and suppliers sign in by email, with embedded payout wallets and sponsored network fees.
Setlo is deployed on Arbitrum Sepolia and Robinhood Chain Testnet using test USDG. The live demo lets reviewers switch roles and inspect contract state and transaction links.
