SovSeas is a decentralized project management and funding ecosystem designed to help projects and developers manage funding, visibility, and monetization in a transparent, blockchain-driven way.

    • Acts as a registry or index of decentralized projects.

    • Enables projects to launch, manage, and track milestones publicly.

  2. 💰 Milestone-Based Grants

    • Projects receive grants based on milestone completions, ensuring accountability and progress transparency.

    • Likely integrates on-chain verification or DAO voting to release funds.

  3. ⚖️ Quadratic Funding Participation

    • Supports quadratic funding, where community members’ contributions are weighted by collective interest rather than total sum — promoting grassroots support for smaller projects.

  4. 🪙 Sov Ads (Advertising Module)

    • A decentralized advertising layer called Sov Ads.

    • Allows projects or developers to display ads and earn revenue from verified ad placements.

  5. 🧩 SDK for Developers

    • Provides a Software Development Kit (SDK) so developers can integrate Sov Ads or other SovSeas functions into their own sites or dApps.

    • Developers earn commissions on ad revenue generated through their integrations.

Progress During Hackathon

🚀 Progress Made During the Hackathon 🧩 1. Development of SovAds SDK Created the SovAds SDK, a decentralized advertising toolkit for developers. Allows integration of on-chain ad placements and revenue sharing into websites or dApps. Built core SDK functions to: Register ad campaigns Fetch and display ads dynamically Track impressions and clicks Distribute ad revenue or commissions automatically ⚙️ 2. Integration with SovSeas Ecosystem Linked SovAds with the SovSeas decentralized project management and funding system. Established the foundation for ad-based funding streams alongside quadratic and milestone-based grants. Demonstrated how projects can earn funds via ad engagement, not just direct grants. 💻 3. Prototype Implementation Implemented a working prototype showing ad serving and tracking logic.
