Strats is an engine that turns trading strategies into instruments. Multi-leg, multi-venue, multi-asset positions, executed as one asset, governed by on-chain policy, with a signed receipt at every settlement. This weekend we plugged both Arbitrum and Robinhood Chain venues into it.. Our target audience is: creators such as pro traders and quants, consumers such as sophisticated holders of vault instruments and long term allocators such as treasuries and family offices.
We have built the engine that enables the creation of multi-leg, multi-venue, multi-asset positions, executed as one asset. Robinhood Chain has 2,000+ tokenized stocks assets, the first natively DeFi-composable equities. The derivatives depth lives elsewhere, on venues like Hyperliquid. No single venue can hold both sides of the trades that matter, and today combining them means bridges and manual legs, margined separately. Nobody currently lets a trader hold the combination as one thing.
Stats does and this is why we built it. Our engine composes legs across venues and chains into a single governed instrument, one position, one margin, one P&L. Policy lives on chain and defines what a strategy may trade, where, and within what limits. Every settlement produces a signed receipt attesting that the policy was followed. The asset sits in and executes in your own wallet. The engine operates privately today on our own capital, which is how we earn our record.
This weekend we deployed our settlement adapter to Robinhood Chain and built the first Strat created from the chain's assets and venues (a delta-neutral NVDA carry, long the NVDA Stock Token spot on Arcus against a short NVDA perp on Hyperliquid), held as one instrument with a receipt at settlement. It is a trade no single venue can offer, and every leg is order flow delivered to the venues on this chain, not taken from them. Strats is venue-neutral by design and we make both Arbitrum and Robinhood Chain the place where composite positions margin, settle and prove themselves.
Our engine has 12 provisional patents filed and we have a team that has extensive tradfi experience, over 80 patents and $2.5bn in technology exits.
