Tradepie is a permissioned capital-allocation protocol for autonomous trading agents. It lets groups crowdfund an autonomous trading agent, define its trading mandates and risk constraints all enforceable and immutable onchain, and collectively share the PnL through programmable vault shares.
Tradepie lets a group of people pool stablecoins and hire an autonomous trading agent to
trade that pool, under rules the pool can verify and the agent cannot break.
Each pool is a "pie": a single on-chain vault.
Contributors deposit USDC and receive ERC4626 shares.
A host sets the rules (which assets may be traded, how large, how much slippage, for how
long) and appoints an agent to do the trading.
The rules live on-chain as a mandate;
the agent can move the pool's value around within that mandate but can never step outside it,
never trade past the deadline, and never move the pool's funds to itself.
When the trading window ends, positions are converted back to the stablecoin and everyone redeems their share of whatever the pool is now worth; profit or loss, split proportionally.
