The Problem

Football transfers remain heavily fragmented across clubs, agents, and governing bodies. Negotiations are often handled through disconnected systems, contracts are difficult to audit, payments rely on trusted intermediaries, and there is limited transparency throughout the transfer lifecycle.

Smaller clubs and emerging football ecosystems face even greater challenges due to inefficient processes, delayed settlements, and limited access to trusted digital infrastructure.

Our Solution

TransferChain is a decentralized football transfer platform built on Injective EVM that transforms how clubs manage player transfers.

Using smart contracts, TransferChain enables clubs to register players, list transfer opportunities, negotiate agreements, secure payments through escrow, and complete transfers with transparent, tamper-proof execution.

Instead of relying on multiple intermediaries, every critical stage of the transfer process is recorded on-chain, providing verifiable ownership, transparent agreements, and secure settlement.

Developers can integrate TransferChain using our TypeScript SDK, eliminating the need to interact directly with smart contracts while accelerating ecosystem adoption.

TransferChain leverages Injective's high-performance EVM infrastructure, low transaction costs, fast finality, and scalable architecture to deliver a seamless user experience suitable for real-world football transfer workflows.

Current Status

  • Smart contracts fully implemented and deployed on Injective Testnet.

  • TypeScript SDK developed for developer integrations.

  • Frontend application currently under development.

  • Future roadmap includes AI-powered transfer insights and gas abstraction for a frictionless onboarding experience.

Progress During Hackathon

During the hackathon we designed and implemented the complete TransferChain protocol from the ground up.

Major milestones achieved include:

• Designed a modular smart contract architecture.

• Built eight production-ready Solidity smart contracts covering player registry, club registry, marketplace, transfer agreements, escrow, treasury, configuration, and access control.

• Developed a TypeScript SDK that abstracts blockchain interactions, enabling developers to integrate TransferChain without manually handling ABIs or contract calls.

• Successfully deployed the smart contracts to the Injective EVM Testnet.

• Published the SDK architecture and integration workflow.

We are currently integrating the frontend application and completing the end-to-end user experience.

Fundraising Status

TransferChain is currently bootstrapped and has not raised external funding. We are focused on validating the product, growing developer adoption, and gathering feedback through the Injective ecosystem before pursuing strategic investment opportunities.
