### Overview
Truvial is an institutional-grade, milestone-gated disaster relief and charitable donation protocol powered by Arbitrum Stylus. It eliminates donation mismanagement and lack of transparency by ensuring funds are locked in an on-chain treasury and only disbursed when cryptographically verified milestones are completed.
### The Problem
- Lack of Transparency: Traditional charitable organizations provide little to no verifiable tracking of how funds are actually spent.
- High Overhead & Intermediary Fees: Cross-border aid often loses up to 15-30% in administrative and banking overhead.
- Unchecked Capital Allocation: Full lump-sum donations are distributed upfront with no recourse if aid milestones are never delivered.
### The Solution: Truvial
Truvial introduces programmable disaster relief funds:
1. Capital Vaulting: Donors contribute funds that remain locked in a trustless Treasury contract on Arbitrum Sepolia.
2. Milestone-Based Releases: Relief campaigns define discrete, verifiable phases (e.g., "Emergency Medical Kits Delivered", "Shelter Construction").
3. Auditor Multi-Sig Verification: Independent relief inspectors and auditors sign off on milestone completions on-chain before funds are released to the campaign organizers.
4. Donor Reclaim Mechanism: If a milestone fails verification or expires, unallocated funds can be refunded or redirected.
### Smart Contract Architecture (Arbitrum Stylus)
Truvial takes full advantage of Arbitrum Stylus (Rust WASM):
- *Treasury contracts/treasury):** Written in Rust stylus-sdk 0.6.1). Implements a high-efficiency memory and storage layout to manage deposits, donor tracking, and fund disbursements.
- *Distribution contracts/distribution):** Written in Rust. Enforces milestone status logic and interacts with the Treasury via Stylus cross-contract invocations sol_interface!).
- Gas & Compute Efficiency: Executing complex audit verification logic in Rust WASM dramatically reduces gas consumption compared to legacy EVM bytecode.

During the Arbitrum Open House Singapore Online Buildathon, we designed, implemented, and deployed Truvial from the ground up:
1. Smart Contracts in Arbitrum Stylus:
- Authored the core Treasury and Distribution smart contracts in Rust using stylus-sdk 0.6.1.
- Engineered cross-contract calling sol_interface!) between the distribution engine and the treasury vault.
- Compiled to optimized wasm32-unknown-unknown release targets.
2. Full-Stack dApp:
- Developed a responsive Next.js frontend using Viem, Wagmi, and TanStack Query connected to Arbitrum Sepolia 421614).
- Integrated a pure Arbitrum / EVM wallet flow (MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet, Injected).
- Built 1-Click Instant Demo Profiles (Donor, Campaign Creator, Auditor) allowing judges to experience the full end-to-end lifecycle immediately.
3. Production CI/CD & Deployment:
- Configured GitHub Actions CI/CD to compile Stylus Rust contracts and build/lint frontend on push.
- Deployed the live production dApp on Vercel at https://truvial.vercel.app.

Truvial is currently bootstrapped and at the pre-seed / grant-seeking stage.
We are actively seeking non-dilutive ecosystem grants from the Arbitrum Foundation, as well as early-stage venture backing and incubator support to transition Truvial from a working buildathon MVP into a production-grade disaster relief protocol.
Our immediate fundraising objectives and capital allocation plan focus on:
1. Smart Contract Auditing: Conducting rigorous third-party formal verification and security audits on our Arbitrum Stylus Rust contracts.
2. NGO & Relief Pilot Programs: Partnering with regional humanitarian NGOs and emergency response agencies across Southeast Asia to pilot milestone-gated relief disbursements on Arbitrum One.
3. Liquidity & Fiat On-Ramps: Integrating institutional stablecoin liquidity and direct fiat-to-crypto on-ramps so non-web3 donors can seamlessly contribute.
4. Decentralized Auditor Network: Expanding the auditor verification framework into an incentivized, multi-signature auditor DAO for on-the-ground verification.
