VVVKernel is a permissionless payment and access layer on Base that wraps Venice AI with on-chain micropayments, a staking-based tier system, and a fully compliant Model Context Protocol (MCP) server.

What it does:

  • Developers connect Cursor, Claude Desktop, or any MCP-compatible tool to Venice AI with a single JSON config

  • Every AI query is paid via x402 micropayments using ERC-7710 on Base — no subscriptions, no API keys

  • MetaMask Smart Accounts handle session-based permissions, allowing agents to autonomously pay for inference without user approval per transaction

  • Users stake $VVVKERNEL token to unlock daily free Venice AI queries at discounted rates

  • Best x402 + ERC-7710 — x402 is the core payment mechanism for every Venice AI query

  • Best Use of Venice AI — VVVKernel is purpose-built as Venice's developer access layer with 7 expert AI agents

  • Best Agent — Autonomous Aeon framework skills execute Venice queries, check on-chain balance, and settle payments without human intervention

Progress During Hackathon

Week 1 (May 15–18):

- Finalized VVVKernel MCP server architecture (vvvkernel.com/mcp)

- Deployed x402 payment routing for per-query Venice AI inference

brand, community, tier-design)

In Progress:
