Description
Vectra is a live plant console for manufacturing teams in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
Plant teams lose time when downtime is found late and handoffs live in WhatsApp. Vendors then argue about what really happened. Vectra gives Ops Leads and Maintenance Supervisors one workspace to act fast and leave a record the next shift can trust.
What it does:
• Import plant data from Excel or CSV
• Connect lines with HTTP telemetry and MQTT
• Multi-tenant plant teams (owner, ops lead, maintenance, vendor read-only)
• AI alert briefs for faster triage (humans still decide)
• Close maintenance with reason codes under the signed-in user
• Seal integrity records and attest on Solana for verifiable handoffs

Progress During Hackathon
Built and shipped a production-shaped plant ops console, not a slide demo.
Completed during the hackathon:
• Live app on Vercel with Google/email auth and plant workspace
• Excel/CSV import for real plant onboarding
• Supabase cloud sync for devices, alerts, maintenance, and records
• Multi-tenant Plant Team with invite codes and role-based access
• HTTP telemetry ingest + MQTT bridge for line connect
• AI alert briefs (OpenAI + fallback)
• Maintenance close-out with integrity seal and Solana attestation
• Landing, docs, MIT repo, and end-to-end demo recorded

Pre-seed / bootstrapped. No raised funding yet.
Current stage: working product live at vectra.sithunyein.com, with a 90-day pilot path for one manufacturing line in Malaysia / SEA.
Next: 1 pilot plant, MQTT/OPC-UA line connect, and paid site rollout.
