During the Buildathon, we developed and deployed Zeno's Decentralized Tokenized Fund (DTF) infrastructure, demonstrating how an entire investment portfolio can be transformed into a single, tradable ERC-20 token. Our key achievement was launching the Profitable Tech Basket (PTB), a live tokenized portfolio comprising four tokenized stocks: Asset NVIDIA (NVDA) - 41% Tesla (TSLA) - 17% Micron Technology (MU) - 33% SpaceX (SPCX) - 9% Deployed ERC-20 basket token (Robinhood Chain mainnet): 0x3E3173d9e82e65f1Cb0Fa275F8c2eC6C415A4D00 What makes this significant is that Zeno portfolios are not restricted to the Zeno application. Unlike NFT-based investment baskets, Zeno issues fungible ERC-20 tokens representing investors' exposure to an underlying portfolio. This allows basket tokens to integrate with existing DeFi infrastructure and become discoverable through third-party wallets and trading terminals. Investor experience: Investors can discover portfolios, deposit funds, receive basket tokens, track their positions, and initiate redemptions. Creator monetization: Portfolio creators can earn configured entry, exit, and performance-based fees, with fee-management workflows available through the creator dashboard. DeFi integration: We demonstrated how ERC-20 basket tokens can be used with Uniswap liquidity pools, creating opportunities for additional liquidity provision and potential fee earnings. Cross-platform distribution: We demonstrated how tokenized portfolios can reach investors through existing wallets and trading terminals without requiring users to discover the basket exclusively through Zeno. Our smart contract architecture also supports portfolio accounting, NAV calculations, manager-controlled rebalancing, asset swaps through Uniswap V4, and redemption settlement mechanisms. The biggest milestone was proving Zeno's distribution model: a creator can launch an investment thesis as a single ERC-20 token, allowing that portfolio to become part of the broader on-chain trading ecosystem.

Bootstrapped - Preparing to Raise Zeno is currently bootstrapped and developed by the CyreneAI team, leveraging our existing engineering infrastructure, tokenization experience, and ecosystem relationships. CyreneAI has previously tokenized and launched approximately $9.5 million worth of pre-IPO equity and generated around $50 million in transaction volume through its tokenization initiatives. We are now preparing to raise external capital to accelerate Zeno's development, expand DeFi integrations, onboard creators and investment communities, and scale distribution across the ecosystem. We are actively exploring investment opportunities and strategic partnerships with ecosystem funds, venture capital firms, and infrastructure partners that share our vision of making on-chain investment portfolios accessible, liquid, and composable.
