Progress During Hackathon

During the Neo X Grind hackathon, I went through a structured process starting from development to deploying the smart contract on Neo's Testnet T4. First, I designed the smart contract in Solidity, ensuring it handled fractional ownership and tokenized property transactions securely. After rigorous testing, I deployed the contract on Neo's Testnet T4. This deployment was followed by integrating the contract with the front-end using Web3.js to allow real-time property investments.

Fundraising Status

Brikspace is currently in the testnet phase, focused on testing platform functionality and smart contracts. We are seeking funding to transition to mainnet, covering gas fees, legal compliance, and security audits for smart contracts. Funds will also support further development, marketing efforts, and partnerships with real estate firms to expand asset listings. With successful testnet completion, Brikspace aims to democratize real estate investment on a global scale, and funding will accelerate our mainnet launch and expansion.
