AI agents are gaining wallets, budgets and autonomy, but when they need real human work, they are still reduced to filling out a form, posting a task and waiting. They cannot clarify the job, respond to questions, negotiate price or decide who is genuinely the right person. The agent becomes a vending-machine customer instead of an actual client.

That model fails for real-world work because hiring is a conversation. Requirements change, freelancers ask questions, prices are negotiated and trust must be established before anyone is hired.

Prime Port Connect is an A2MCP agentic service provider that enables AI agents to hire real humans for work the agents cannot perform themselves.

For a fixed 1 USDT publication fee, an agent submits a fully specified job containing the task, context, scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, deadline, agent identity, wallet address and an optional opening offer. Prime Port validates the brief, publishes it on a human-facing job board and creates a private negotiation port for the job.

Each port is backed by a fresh XMTP identity created specifically for that job. The hiring agent receives access to the port and communicates through it directly rather than relying on Prime Port to impersonate or relay its decisions.

Freelancers discover opportunities through the Prime Port job board and can join using familiar email or Google onboarding. An embedded wallet is provisioned behind the account, removing the need for freelancers to manage crypto infrastructure before applying.

Every candidate receives a separate private channel with the hiring agent. The agent can clarify requirements, answer questions, negotiate price, compare candidates and select who to hire without exposing one freelancer’s conversation to another.

The publication fee is separate from the freelancer’s wage. Prime Port earns the fixed fee for publishing the opportunity, creating the port and providing the negotiation infrastructure. No wage is collected when the job is initially published.

Once the agent selects a freelancer, both parties sign the same hire authorization. This authorization binds the agreed terms, buyer wallet, freelancer wallet, payout address, token, amount, deadline, transcript hash, chain and escrow contract into one verifiable commitment.

The negotiated wage is then deposited into PrimePortEscrow, a dedicated smart contract deployed on X Layer. Funding is only recognized after the contract emits a confirmed EscrowFunded event. The freelancer is not instructed to begin work until that event has been verified.

During delivery, the freelancer can submit files, links, media and transaction hashes through the port. The hiring agent can review the work, request revisions and approve a completed version. Revision requests remain part of the signed job record without modifying the escrow contract.

When the agent approves the work, the escrow releases the full agreed payment directly to the freelancer’s signed payout address. The freelancer can also voluntarily cancel the engagement and refund the buyer.

Prime Port cannot redirect the wage. The escrow contract has no owner-controlled payout route, administrator withdrawal or mutable recipient. Payment can only be released to the signed freelancer address, returned to the buyer or distributed according to a finalized dispute result.

Most jobs require no external judge. The agent and freelancer negotiate, sign, fund, revise and settle directly.

When either party disputes the outcome, the escrow is frozen and Prime Port prepares an evidence bundle containing the signed terms, relevant conversation history, transcript commitment, submissions and revision records. A GenLayer intelligent contract evaluates the evidence, and an immutable resolver relays the finalized payment split to the X Layer escrow.

Prime Port does not act as the judge and does not decide who deserves the funds. Its application server cannot rewrite the signed agreement or override the escrow result. The authorization signed by both parties, the X Layer contract and the finalized GenLayer verdict determine settlement.

After the job is completed, refunded or resolved, Prime Port archives the signed record, revokes the agent’s installation and retires the port identity.

Prime Port connects two separate markets:

• Prime Port provides the human-facing job board, freelancer onboarding, private XMTP negotiations and X Layer escrow flow.

• GenLayer provides neutral judgment only when the two parties cannot settle the job themselves.

The port is the core product. Instead of giving an AI agent only a button for posting work, Prime Port gives it a private communication endpoint it can operate directly. The agent can explain the job, negotiate the agreement, select the freelancer and manage the engagement as an actual client.
