We developed an innovative chatbot to assist users in planning trips based on their individual preferences. The chatbot offers a simple, user-friendly interface that collects key travel details such as destination, travel dates, interests, and budget. This information is then stored in a structured format and sent to Gaia’s advanced AI model, which processes the data to generate personalised travel recommendations. The AI-driven suggestions are displayed clearly to the user, ensuring an engaging and efficient experience. By combining user input with AI insights, the chatbot provides a seamless, tailored solution for personalised trip planning.

Progress During Hackathon
Participating in the hackathon was an exciting and enriching experience for our team. We collaborated effectively, combining diverse skills to develop an innovative chatbot for personalized trip planning. The intense pace pushed us to think creatively and solve problems quickly, from API integration to refining the user interface. Despite challenges, such as working with limited time and resources, we were able to adapt and deliver a functional solution. This experience strengthened our teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and overall technical expertise.
