It is an application that offers a comprehensive assesment of your mental well-being and physical health.
We have two main components in our have that is mental well-being and physical health.
In mental well-being we provide anonymous counselling, peer to peer talk, counseling session, mindfulness and emergency icons.
•Anonymous Counselling - In this students can take counselling sessions from professionals without revealing their identity.
•Peer to peer talk - In this students can talk with other student of their same age group.
•Counselling Sessions - In this we will provide counselling sessions from professionals to all students in which they will tell how to manage stress, overcome anxiety etc.
•Mindfulness - This is for doing stress-relief exercises like meditation, breathing exercises etc.
In physical health we provide step tracker, calorie tracker, sleep patterns, health check ups, and emergency icons.
•Step tracker - Tracks how many steps student had covered.
•Calorie Tracker - Tracks how much calorie consumed in a day.
•Sleep Patterns - Tracks have you taken the required amount sleep you need considering you mental and physical health.
•Health Check-ups - Will organise free routine health check-ups
Both of them have emergency buttons from where you can take help urgently when required.
From this app both students and parents will get benefit. As for students it will be an app that’s user friendly, helps with mental and physical health, tracks daily health metrics, and gives guidance when needed. And, parents can relax knowing their children have access to healthcare tools that supports both for physical and mental well-being.And you will get support that's tailored to your unique challenges, from leading experts.
