Communication Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for building the private domain operation system, establishing the private domain traffic matrix, coordinating the planning of private domain products/game traffic gameplay and strategies, and improving private domain channel user indicators.
• Based on the analysis of private domain user data, formulate and implement full-cycle private domain strategies and paths for private domain channel recruitment, retention, conversion, activation and dissemination, and be responsible for user conversion results.
• Integrate internal and external resources, regularly plan and output private domain/community spread, fission, incentives and marketing theme activities to effectively enhance the growth and active stickiness of private domain users. Create a closed loop of private domain marketing.
• Focus on customers, explore the needs of high-value users, and continuously improve strategies based on data to discover optimization points and growth points.

• More than 3 years of experience in private domain community/membership operation and management, with complete operational methods and successful case experience in private domain traffic/user growth and conversion
• Have experience in social e-commerce, private domain traffic, game communities/social-group, etc., and be familiar with the promotion and customer acquisition models and rules of various social media/social interaction channels
• Have data analysis thinking and marketing planning capabilities, and be familiar with Internet community gameplay
• Experience in successful social media private domain operations in other fields is also acceptable. Optimistic, lively and good at communication, a heavy player in the Internet social field
