A Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing a sales team, setting sales goals, developing strategies, and ensuring the team meets targets. They are involved in coaching, training, and motivating sales representatives, managing customer relationships, and analyzing sales data to drive business growth. Sales Managers may also collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts with company objectives.
