Job Posting: HR Advisor
- Position Type: Fulltime - HYBRID SETUP: Currently residing in Metro Manila or Greater Manila Area

Key Responsibilities:
- Support managers with performance management, disciplinary matters, and grievances in alignment with the relevant legislation. Ensure compliance with EEO, discrimination, and workplace legislation.
- Maintain policies, procedures and templates. Managing and developing the HR function in accordance with company strategy
- Driving performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- HR reporting metrics and monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
- Ensuring correct contracts are aligned with the appropriate awards
- Support change management processes and initiatives to enable business growth
- Ability to manage employee remuneration and incentive systems
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance of all staff including those under an EBA
- Maintain the Integrated Management System for Quality Assurance and ensure compliance with Australia standards
- Ensuring that all work is performed in a safe and professional manner.
- Other tasks as requested by management
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, Fair Work legislation, Awards, and agreements.
- Knowledge of employee evaluation methods and performance management processes
- Knowledge of employment and contractual law
- Excellent interpersonal, listening and negotiation skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills
- Capacity for change and flexibility
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ HR generalist experience across recruitment, learning & development, leadership coaching, and performance management.
