Role Overview: We seek a skilled and ambitious UX/UI Designer who will be crucial in enhancing the user experience and interface across all ChatGenie digital products. You will design intuitive, effective, and visually appealing interfaces that significantly enhance usability and customer satisfaction for our entire digital offerings, including dashboards, mobile applications, websites, and customer-facing tools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop intuitive, responsive UX/UI designs for all ChatGenie digital products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to implement innovative design solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive user research, and usability testing, and gather feedback to refine and optimize designs.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and detailed UI specifications.
- Maintain design consistency and establish clear design guidelines and systems across all products.
- Continuously identify UX/UI improvements and advocate for user-centric design principles.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable designs.
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial.
- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Passion for staying updated with emerging UX/UI trends and technologies.
