  • Report to the office manager for daily updates, accomplishments, and any issues requiring attention.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, and organizing documents.
  • Coordinate and arrange team meetings
  • Assisting with projects by tracking deadlines, managing tasks, and facilitating communication with clients
  • Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including attendance
  • Provide data for payroll preparation, including absences, bonuses, and leaves. 
  • Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal requirements, and company guidelines. 

At least 1 year of relevant experience

Knowledgeable in basic HR functions (e.g., recruitment, timekeeping, employee records)

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Organized and detail-oriented

Proactive and dynamic in handling tasks and responsibilities
