Sales / Business Development Manager, South-East

Job Brief:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the face of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial

growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients in Southeast

Asia region.


Job Responsibilities

 o  Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

o  Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

o  Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through qualification, proposal, negotiation, closing, and handover

o  Use CRM consistently to track activity, opportunities, stages, and reporting

o  Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

o  Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives & needs.

o  Arrange Sales demo for prospect and customers as required

o  Participate in pricing, commercial structuring, and deal review processes

o  Prepare customer sales proposal and internal deal authorization documentation.

o  Prepare sales contracts for solution covering implementation, license, support & maintenance ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

o  Ensure compliance with company policies, approval processes, and ethics standards.

o  Negotiate terms, scope, and commercials with customers and partners

o  Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.

o  Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

o  Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

o  Manage pipeline development and maintain an accurate sales forecast

o  Achieving the required sales target

o  Support customer onboarding and post-sale handover to implementation/support teams.

 

Requirements and skills

o  10+ years of experience in sales/Business Development in Automotive retail and DMS / ERP Solutions

o  Proven working experience as a business development manager

o  Proven sales track record

o  Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.

o  Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities across regions.

o  Proficiency in English is a much, additionally fluency in other languages is added advantage like Filipino, Korean, Thai, Chinese, Malaysia

o  Market knowledge for the Asia Pacific region, particularly South-East Asia (Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand).

o  Develop account plans for strategic customers and target accounts

o  Use CRM consistently to track activity, opportunities, stages, and reporting

o  Communication skills in relation to discussion with CXO and senior management of the prosects & client

o  Understanding of procurement processes and enterprise buying cycles

o  Ability to build rapport with prospects and clients.

o  Willingness to travel across target markets as required

o  Time management and planning skills


Location – Philippines or Malaysia or Indonesia (home office )
