Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Assist in client acquisition and relationship management, particularly within Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various sales and marketing channels.
- Follow up on company-generated leads and convert prospects into active clients.
- Build relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and business partners.
- Support marketing campaigns, social media content creation, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist clients with account opening and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and client retention.
- Support community engagement initiatives, events, and business development activities.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- For Internship: Currently enrolled in university or a recent graduate.
- For Full-Time: 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
- Clear thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Responsible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in financial services, forex, CFDs, fintech, or investment products is an advantage but not required.
