Job Description

· Responsible for providing technical support, preparing technical proposals and quotations, conducting product presentations, and assisting the Sales Team in identifying customer requirements. The role also involves recommending suitable technical solutions, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and providing technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.

Requirements

· Minimum 2 years experience in Electronic Security System

· Proven experience in project management on implementations

· Advanced proficiency in project management tools including AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office.

· Strong IT understanding and capabilities

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

· Consistent ability to meet and adhere to deadlines

· Passion, initiative and drive to continuously develop and work with creativity and innovation

· Strong problem solving skills and customer service skills

· Ambitious and result oriented self-starter with initiative and strong drive

Language needed in position:

Fluent English (written & oral)
