DeCleanup Rewards is live: chapters submit geotagged before/after evidence, a trained verifier attests onchain, and the record becomes an Impact Product plus $cDCU / Gardens on Celo. That proof layer is not what we are shipping for Singapore. What we are shipping is the missing money path on Robinhood Chain (Arbitrum Orbit). US and global retail can pay from Robinhood Wallet toward a cleanup that already exists as a public record - field costs at local prices, not a new grant form and not a salary. Gardens remains the DAO rail with country caps. Robinhood is the open retail rail. Pre-existing (disclosed): Arbitrum V1 contracts; V2 on Celo and Base ($cDCU, $bDCU, Hypercerts, /api/impact)

Pre-existing (disclosed): Arbitrum V1 contracts; V2 on Celo and Base ($cDCU, $bDCU, Hypercerts, /api/impact); London Open House deployed the core protocol to Robinhood Chain testnet (46630). This Buildathon is not a reskin of that clone. Judges should score the pay loop: wallet on Robinhood Chain → pay → explorer link stored on the event.
