Carbonexis is a blockchain-based platform designed to revolutionize the carbon credit ecosystem by offering transparency, traceability, and dual marketplaces. It empowers verified environmental projects to issue and trade both carbon credits (ERC20 tokens) and Support NFTs (ERC1155), enabling organizations to raise funds and individuals or companies to offset their carbon footprint effectively.

  • Credit Marketplace: Buy/sell carbon credits (ERC20) based on price per ton.

  • NFT Marketplace: Trade Support NFTs (ERC1155) linked to real environmental initiatives.

• Project Certification:

  • Projects must pass KYC and are issued a soulbound NFT (ERC721) as certification before being allowed on the platform.

• Smart Contracts:

  • Handle NFT minting, carbon credit issuance, project certification, royalty distribution (EIP-2981), and milestone-based fund allocation.

  • From KYC → Certification NFT → Project Registration → Support NFT/Carbon Credit Listing.
