GhostStake is a staking and lending protocol where your deposit never sits idle. Put funds in a vault and earn yield. Borrow against that position without unstaking. Then use the borrowed money in hourly price markets like "ETH above $1,990 at 9:05 AM", while the original deposit keeps earning.

Markets are parimutuel. Winners split the losers' pool, so the other side of every bet is another player, never the house.

You can also borrow stablecoins against tokenized stocks (TSLA, AMZN, AMD, PLTR) on Robinhood Chain, priced from each stock's real feed. Liquidation is permissionless. When a position goes bad, the seized collateral is sold and the cash goes to lenders. That's the whole backstop. There's no hidden treasury.

You can check all of it yourself. Each round settles against a named oracle round, so whoever calls settle can't choose the price. A round with no honest answer voids and refunds everyone. Every hash and contract links to the explorer, and every screen that moves money shows fees before you sign.

What was built Everything here was built between the first commit on Aug 19 and submission: about 260 commits across three packages. Contracts (Solidity, Foundry) Collateral vault: ERC-4626 with lazy yield accrual. Lending: a shared pool with a kinked rate curve, borrowing against LTV and health factor, and permissionless liquidation with a bonus and close factor. Markets: a four-phase parimutuel round contract, a market registry, and an event oracle for questions no price feed can answer. Stock loans: a vault for borrowing against Robinhood stock tokens. The emergency stop can only block new entries, so existing positions can still repay and exit. Testing: 395+ tests, including protocol invariants. Seven internal review passes found and fixed real bugs: a share-transfer accounting bug, a liquidation ordering bug, and a case where the settler could choose the price. Every Slither finding was triaged at its site. Backend (Go, Postgres) An event indexer with an append-only ledger and a documented HTTP API. A test fails when the docs drift from the code. A keeper that drives round phases, and a price mirror that republishes real Robinhood mainnet equity prices onto testnet with the mainnet timestamp. SIWE wallet auth. The service refuses to boot against the wrong chain or schema. Frontend (Next.js, React, Tailwind) Screens for the vault, borrowing, markets, rounds, stock loans, portfolio, and an operator console. Works on a phone, supports mobile wallets without a browser extension, and has localized figures and copy. About 280 unit tests and 62 browser tests. Deployed 12 verified contracts on Robinhood Chain testnet (chain 46630). The frontend runs at testnet.ghoststake.xyz and the backend runs on a VPS. Honest limits Testnet stock prices mirror real mainnet prices, because Chainlink has no equity feeds on testnet. The app badges this. No third-party audit, and nothing is on mainnet.
