Problem: Busy individuals neglect their health — not out of ignorance, but due to crushing schedules, goal-driven lifestyles, and delayed consequences.

Solution: Provide personalized, bite sized recommendations that people can act on consistently.

How does it work:

1. User indicates their health priority (Increase Energy, Improve Sleep, Build Muscle)

2. Platform Integrates with Wallet-Kit for payment

3. User stakes token (or buys BITCOIN) which earns yield

4. Platform provides health/wellness recommendation through Agentic AI

5. User receives NFT for Wins by following through on the recommendations

6. User gets their yield slashed (they don’t lose their stake) by not following through

7. Platform integrates with AVNU payment master for users to do TXs without having to pay gas fees.

8. Smart Contract keeps track of Stakes, recommendation issued and “user follow through” statistics. Upon user wins, issues NFT or moved user accrued yield to Platform Pool.

9. Incentive: At monthly intervals, the money from the pool will be distributed to individuals following up on their recommendations.
