Outlay is a payment scheduling app for USDG on Robinhood Chain. It lets you set up one-off or recurring payments by choosing a recipient, amount, and schedule, then funding them in advance.
Outlay is a smart contract application for scheduling one-off and recurring USDG payments on Robinhood Chain. A sender creates a payment room, chooses a recipient and payout amount, sets when the payment first becomes due, and funds the room in advance.
Once a payment is due, any wallet can submit the settlement transaction. The recipient receives the payout, and the caller receives a bounty set and funded by the sender. Recurring rooms advance their next payment time after each settlement. One-off rooms close after payment, and any eligible leftover funds are returned to the sender. The sender can request a refund before the first payment is settled.
Outlay does not rely on a central payment service or automatic keeper. Scheduled times are recorded onchain, but a wallet still has to call the settlement function when a payment becomes due. The bounty pays the caller; it does not guarantee that settlement is profitable after gas costs.
The live application validates the deployed contract before enabling funding, confirms successful transactions, and shows the room’s payment status and transaction evidence. Users can inspect the deployed contract, payment records, and source verification.
Outlay has completed a live Robinhood Chain payment using canonical USDG: 0\.11 USDG funded; 0.10 USDG paid to the recipient; 0.01 USDG paid to the sender who triggered settlement; zero remaining. Sourcify reports an exact source match. This demonstrates a completed payment, but not an independent keeper settlement; Blockscout’s contract verification badge is incomplete.
