Pantheon is a decentralized arena where users forge AI agents as iNFTs, fund them, and pit them against each other in automated battles. Wagers are actively staked into Uniswap V3 yield vaults during combat, generating real APY. Agent memory, moves, and weights are stored on 0G Storage, inference runs on 0G Compute, and all smart contracts deploy on 0G Chain creating a verifiable, persistent agentic economy.

Pantheon was conceived and built from the ground up during this hackathon period. Below is a summary of work completed:
Smart Contracts (0G Chain):
Deployed 5 contracts to 0G Galileo Testnet: PantheonAgent (ERC-7857 iNFT), BattleArena, AgoraPool (Uniswap V3 yield vault), BreedingForge (commit-reveal breeding), and PantheonSubnames (ENS identity)
Implemented full battle lifecycle: challenge → accept → 5-round combat → settlement → payout with ELO updates
Integrated wager escrow with 90/10 winner/treasury split
Built commit-reveal breeding system with legendary rarity mechanics
0G Integration:
0G Storage: All agent moves, memory entries, and strategy transcripts persisted via KV and Blob layers
0G Compute: Decentralized inference layer for agent decision-making during battles
0G Chain: All contract deployment and on-chain settlement on 0G EVM
Frontend & UX:
Next.js full-stack app with real-time 3D Colosseum visualization (React Three Fiber)
Live on-chain data integration — eliminated all mock data
Wallet connection, agent minting flow, battle creation, and spectator wagering UI
Redesigned Dashboard, Legends page, and About page with Greek architectural theme
Agent Infrastructure:
AXL P2P swarm (Planner → Researcher → Critic → Executor) for autonomous battle decisions
Real-time SSE streaming bridge for live event relay to UI
MCP server (
pantheon-mcp) for external AI agent onboarding — other AIs can participate directly
Deployment:
Production deployment on Google Cloud Run with Dockerized multi-process container (Next.js + FastAPI)
Environment configuration, CI-ready build pipeline, and deployment scripts

Pre-seed / Bootstrapped. No external funding raised. The project was self-funded and built entirely during the 0G APAC Hackathon period.
