RWA Tycoon is an interactive educational platform built on the Mantle Network that gamifies the concept of Real World Assets (RWAs). It allows users to step into the role of an asset manager—minting properties, managing tenants, and handling complex compliance events like regulatory freezes—to master financial concepts such as Yield, Risk, and Liquidity in a risk-free, on-chain environment.

Tiến độ hackathon
During the HackQuest Co-learning Camp 18: Mantle Edition, I gained hands-on exposure to Web3 fundamentals, EVM-based development, and the emerging RWA (Real World Assets) ecosystem. Building on this foundation, I began developing RWA Tycoon, a simulation-based Web3 application deployed on the Mantle network.
So far, I have:
1. Finalized the core product vision around simulating RWA management, yield dynamics, and compliance risks on-chain.
2. Designed the application architecture with smart contracts for asset minting, yield calculation, and event-driven state changes.
3. Developed an initial frontend interface integrated with wallet connectivity and Mantle testnet support.
4. Implemented simulated real-world events (regulatory actions, maintenance costs, yield fluctuations) to reflect realistic asset behavior without financial risk.
The project is currently focused on refining smart contract logic, improving frontend UX, and aligning the simulation mechanics with real-world RWA concepts taught during the co-learning camp.
