## How It Works

1. **Connect** your MetaMask Smart Account
2. **Add Backups** - Enter addresses or ENS names and the percentage allocated to each
3. **Set Your Pulse** - Choose your check-in period (7 days, 30 days, 90 days)
4. **Set the Flow** - How much, how fast (e.g., 500 USDC/day ). You can set the amount and the period(in days) and this determines the rate 
5. **Grant Permission** - One Advanced Permission, that's it 
6. **Stay Active** - Check in with a single click. Timer resets.
7. **Go Inactive?** - Funds flow to your backups automatically
