* Preparation and presentation of actual versus plan results and forecast reporting in a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
* Ensuring the P&L Key Performance Indicators are inclined with planned business strategies
* Reviewing of P&L Statement and analysis of Balance Sheet Accounts in coordination with Client Managers and Senior Specialists
* Preparation of annual budget business model and ensuring its accuracy for client's approval
* Preparation and analysis of reports such as but not limited to Cost Sales Analysis, Labour Cost Analysis, Sales and Costs trends and other reports as required by a specific client.
*Update Budget monthly or quarterly based on actual performance vs. budget for the remaining year.
* Preparation and analysis of reports such as but not limited to Cost Sales Analysis, Labor Cost Analysis, Sales and Costs trends and other reports as required by a specific client
* Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement
* Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
* Help prepare New Restaurant Model/ROI to provide clients information to assist them in which deal to accept.
Job Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in accounting preferably food retail markets, construction, and or production accounting, US Regulatory Reporting, and US Financial Services
- Must be proficient in creating reports in Excel, has the ability to maximize use of formulas and functions to streamline reporting needs.
- Proficient with tools used such as but not limited to power BI, graphs, power pivot, power query and other business analytics tools.
- Familiarity with various accounting and productivity systems such as Blackline, QuickBooks, R365, PlateIQ, Zendesk and others as applicable

Other Details
This position reports directly to the CEO and Director of Global Accounting Operations
WFH set-up indefinitely
Onsite office: possibly Makati/ Cubao area
Night Shift: 11pm-8am Manila Time (8am-5pm US Time)
